Greetings to all Division 5 affiliates! I want to start by talking about what’s been bugging me lately …. Cicadas! For those of you who live in cicada country (like I do), you are probably recovering from the acoustic trauma of a gazillion cicadas singing love songs all at once. I don’t know how they communicate, but I do know it’s loud. I hope that all of you have survived this plague and are able to venture outside in peace and quiet once again!
Well, enough about bugs. I’d like to take this opportunity to summarize some of the activities and initiatives of Division 5 for this year.
